PureFlex manufactures all of its hose and fittings in Kentwood, Michigan. Sentinel Process Systems, Inc. is their local Fabricating Distributor for the East Coast.

Custom Flex Hoses are standard with us. If your process demands a TFE lined hose, Sentinel can quickly fabricate a custom length with encapsulated PFA Teflon end fittings. How about a fully TFE lined, “flare through” hose? We also stock 15Ra and Electropolished Tri-Clamp hose fittings as well.

For traditional BioPharm applications, Sentinel socks and fabricates USP Class 6 Silicone hose assemblies with 316L electropolished fittings on a daily basis. Assemblies up to 12 feet long are in stock! We stock all Silicone transfer hose materials: Clear (PC65), Braid Reinforced (PC65B), 4-ply Wire Reinforced (PC65W), and Convoluted Outer Cover (PC65CO). High alloy end fittings of Hastelloy and AL6XN are in stock, on the shelf, ready to be assembled and used in your most aggressive applications.

Sentinel and PureFlex offer a variety of Hose Tagging and Labeling options in order to enhance your ability to control your Flex Hose inventory easily. Our engineers are ready to help you with all your flex hose applications.
