Available in 316L or AL-6XN stainless steel or Hastelloy and manufactured in accordance with ASME-BPE, ASTM A967 and 3A standards. These Adapters are designed to provide a strong, leak-free connection and are used extensively in the dairy, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industry.

• Each Adapter is cleaned using a multiple step process to assure clean surface, areas inside and out with repeatability every time.
• Available with Mechanical or Electro-Polish Finish
• Every Adapter is passivated according to ASME BPE and ASTM A967 standards. We provide full traceability for each of our products by supplying all necessary production process data.
• Each Adapter is permanently laser marked to show the heat number/code traceable to material test report for each product contact surface component, material type, manufacturer’s name, logo, & trademark, product contact surface designation for the appropriate BPE specification, and ASME BPE mark.
• Each Adapter is capped, bagged and labeled in full compliance with the ASME BPE standard.
• A tri-clamp rubber gasket should be placed between the two flange ends to ensure proper fit and secure connection. See “Sealing Technologies” product section for more information on gaskets.
